Santa Barbara

Every one of our eighteen residences is in downtown Santa Barbara, which is the point of them. The theatres, the galleries, the farmers market, the restaurants on State Street and the funk zone wineries are a walk away rather than a drive, and so is the beach. Park the car when you arrive and leave it there.

What is nearby

• Activities — the beach and the waterfront, the Mission and the courthouse tower, the botanic garden, the museums and the hiking above town.
• Events — the film festival, Fiesta, the summer solstice parade, and what is on at the Arlington and the Granada through the year.
• Food and wine — where we send our own guests to eat, and the tasting rooms within walking distance of the houses.

Staying downtown

The residences sit in and around the Theatre Arts District, between the courthouse and the waterfront. They are one, two, three and four bedroom homes, bungalows, cottages and suites rather than hotel rooms, with full kitchens and gardens. Look through all eighteen, or start with the size you need: one bedroom, two, three or four.
